This moderate priced Santa Fe style hotel is getting a lot of love from classmates that know it and appreciate its location. Breakfast and free parking included. Walk to most everything intown. Can't argue with that. Certainly one to consider and some of us are already booked at the Inn of the Governors for the dates of Monday, September 22 - Thursday or Friday September 25 - 26. This particular hotel is very close to the Plaza, offers free parking and free breakfast. The best of all is that it is in the Santa Fe decor style offering kiva fireplaces and balconies as well as plenty of gathering spaces for us. Take a look at their website link. Those already signed up are the Petersens, the Mohrmans, and Madden/Steele. $250 - $300 range

Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza This is a Hilton Hotel decorated nicely with a Southwestern theme. I like Hiltons and this one is equal to many. Location is great a few blocks from the Plaza. No free parking nor breakfast included. Rates are moderate+ $275 - $350 Always a safe choice. Comfy room without the magic and memories.
There are other hotels to consider near the plaza as well as outside. Choose your favorite online source to compare. |
